  • Resources, templates, and materials provided through DAAWN are free to use and adapt within your organisation for the purpose of raising awareness of domestic abuse.

  • There are no restrictions on internal use, but you remain responsible for ensuring that any adaptations comply with applicable law and best practice.

  • While every effort is made to keep materials accurate and up to date, they are provided as general guidance only and should not be relied upon as legal or professional advice.

 5. Case Studies and User Submissions

Individuals may submit case studies to be shared through DAAWN. These may be anonymous or published with your name if you give explicit consent.

  • Employers may also submit case studies, for example, explaining how they raise awareness in their organisation and any impact this has had.

  • By submitting a case study, you grant DAAWN the right to publish and use the content in line with your stated preferences.

  • You must not upload or share any material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • DAAWN reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any submissions that do not comply with these standards.
